Products ordered before 12 noon Monday through Friday will be shipped the same business day.

Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be shipped on Monday.

Starboard Supply ships daily standard UPS. Shipping prices will be estimated at the time of order. Products that are oversized, hazardous or need to go by a carrier other than UPS will have incremental shipping charges. We will contact you with these charges before your item ships, so that you will have the option to cancel the order at that time.

We will send a UPS tracking number when your order ships.

The Starboard Supply Return Policy:

Full refunds less shipping will be issued if items are returned within 30 days of purchase. Items must be undamaged in original packaging with documentation.
Refunds will not be issued for items that are damaged or without original packaging.
